Zane Carbon is a lightweight, large arbor sealed disc drag fly reel capable of handing anything that's thrown at it. It's perfectly at home taming bonefish or seatrout in its smaller sizes, to permit and tarpon in the 10 and 12 sizes.

Sage Spey Reels - New for 2019

New for 2019 - Sage Spey Reels

One of the coolest new reels to appear at I-CAST is this new specific purpose Spey Reel from Sage. It features classic aesthetics with modern performance.

Starting with the SCS Drag system this new reel features a one revolution, machined, anodized aluminum drag knob, fully detented and numbered for repeatable exact settings.

Large, concave arbor to provide reel rigidity and fast line pickup.

Machined aluminum full frame construction with minimal porting. The full frame features line guards to assure thin running migration does not occur. This reel is purposely made heavy to balance out two hand spey rods.

Easy converts from left to right hand retrieve and includes neoprene and embroidered ballistic nylon reel case.

Comes in two colors: Bronze and Black/Gunmetal. The bronze carries on a traditional old school appearance. Black/Gunmetal has a more modern look but without being too flashy.

Comes in two sizes: 6/7/8 and a 7/8/9. Note these are spey/switch rod sizes. No need to convert from single hand.

Redington Rise Fly Reels - New Color Olive

New Color Olive for 2018

 The new Redington Rise Reels Series are pretty hard to beat for the money. Keys features include super lightweight and super large arbor. Another feature that people are talking about is the super sticking crank knob. It's really comfortable and easy to maintain contact with.

The Redington Rise Series of reels is seeing it's 3rd generation now with this introduction of the 2017 model. The big change in this 3rd generation is the transition to an ultra large arbor format.

Redington is stepping up their game in a big way. Such as in fly reels, last year we saw the new Behemoth and the Zero. Both reels have received great attention over the past year. The All New Rise Reel looks great and has some great features normally only found in much more expensive reels.

The Rise reels are CNC-machined out of anodized 6061-T6 aluminum and have a U-shaped, ultra-large arbor design for quick line retrieve. The compact carbon fiber drag system offers smooth fish-stopping power and an oversize drag knob for quick adjustments.
