This Skagit is a full length head and running line combined seamlessly. Just add desired tip and you are ready to fish a Skagit system on two hand and single hand fly rods.
The running line part of the system is floating while the head sinks at an intermediate rate. The intermediate head is great at breaking under the surface currents for better control over fly swing.
Just like the Spey Lite Skagit Integrated floating head version, introduced last year, The Intermediate version also includes the audible reference point in addition to the color change to help identify the transition from head to running line for spey casting setup.
Available from 150 grain to 420 grain for a wide range of uses including trout rods up to small steelhead rods. The Short head design is easy casting and carries sinking tips with ease.
