Drawing inspiration from historic Sage rods of the past, the TROUT LL is a nod toward tradition with a classic appearance and a smooth casting taper, yet adds modern performance features in accuracy and loop control through the backbone of Konnetic HD blank material.

With a delicate touch and medium action, the TROUT LL family has been designed with the trout angler and dry flies in mind. Through blank taper optimization and specialized length offerings, the TROUT LL is perfected for wade fishing, closer casts, small flies, and light tippets. A relatively supple tip maximizes light tippet protection and gives way to a smooth easy-loading mid-section that increases feel and feedback throughout the casting stroke. When the hatch is on, the TROUT LL is an angler’s best friend.

The TROUT LL series is available in a combination of classic dry fly line weights and lengths 7’9” though 9’0” while beautiful wood inserts and premium componentry add an elegant touch to these high performance rods

Lamson ARX S-Line Switch and Spey Reels

New for 2019, Waterworks Lamson ARX S-Line

Lots of confusion over this new model compared to the original ARX Reel. It Looks like the same reel in a new finish. Well it mostly is just that. All the size dimensions remained the same and spools will interchange.

Fact is the reel really didn't need to physically change. It already has proven internals and great features for the spey angler.

ARX is a full frame reel. Very good feature for spey especially with nylon monofilament running lines. ARX also features a narrow frame area near bottom side of spool that allows for spool rim palming.

While ARX looks and feels lightweight it actually has some bulk for strength and balance weight.

A feature I really like on all Lamson reels is the machined into spool counterbalance weight. This feature really cleans up a reels look and helps minimize unnecessary, bolt on, parts.

Arx is a purpose-built premium spey and switch reel. Stealth pro­file and full-cage design prevents line from escaping or snagging on the reel. S-Line brings a new orange and champagne color scheme as well as refreshed styling. Manufactured in the U.S.A. and assembled in Boise, Idaho.

New Trout and Trout Spey Reels from Sage

This classic looking reel was first introduce fall 2018 in spey models. So well received that the line has been extended into trout spey sizes as well as single hand trout sizes.

All models feature machined, anodized aluminum construction with sealed drag systems.

Full frames with minimal porting for heavier balance and a classic look.

Spools are large arbor with concave machining for increased backing capacity. Spools are locked on with knurled aluminum thumb screw.

Machined drag knobs feature one revolution with numbered and detented stops for repeatable drag settings.

All Spey, Trout Spey and Trout sizes come in classic looking Bronze or Stealth/Silver.

Everything was carefully considered on the construction of this reels series.

The drag systems are sealed conical drag systems found on other popular Lamson reels such as Litespeed and Guru.

InTouch Big Nasty 3D F/H/I

This Triple Density version features an Intermediate sink tip with a "Hover" body and a Floating run line. It is a great line to fish just below surface in the top 2 feet. Good option on shallow streamer stripping and can really help your success by getting under the surface on choppy water days.

InTouch Big Nasty 4D F/H/I/S3

This Four Density version features a Type 3 Sinking Tip joined to an Intermediate to a Hover and finally to a Floating run line. This configuration is a great choice to fish up to 4 feet deep while keeping a straight line contact to your fly for maximum sensitivity. The unique taper design helps to smooth out your casting with the seamless density transitions.

InTouch Big Nasty - Floating

The original InTouch Big Nasty Floating features a short powerful front taper that is slightly heavier then AFTMA standards. It uses the DualTone Marking system to make it easy to identify the loading point in the line. 

For 2019, InTouch Big Nasty expanded to include a WF5F size in Moss/Orange and WF6F & WF8F in the LumaLux Glow in the the dark models for night time mouse'n.
