Although the weather is turning back to early spring conditions, the fish had enough time seeing big bugs fly around to get keyed in. The fishing has been the best all season as of late. The big fish have moved to the banks and they are keyed on dries. We did real well on Clark Stones and Chubby Chernobyl's. We did not do well on the dropper nymphs or swinging, more proof they are on the big bugs.

Look for conditions to stay prime with this cooler weather. The cooler weather will put the breaks on the hatch and keep it moving slow. Keep an eye out for yellow stone (little sallies) PEDS, caddis and BWO’s.
