New for 2019...New finish anyway.
The lamson Litespeed Generation 5 came out two years ago as the Micra 5 version named so due to it's Micralox finish. If you are looking for them we have a good inventory of Micra 5's on sale.For 2019, Lamson changed the finish to Hard Alox and changed the model to Litespeed G5. The reel in fact did not change. As I write this I cannot find any reason the reel should have changed and glad it didn't.
The Generation 5 Litespeed whether it be the Micra 5 or the G5 version would be hard to improve upon. The 5th generation features high retrieve rate and narrow spool for excellent line management. An integrated drag housing helps to narrow the frame and provide additional structural integrity. Ergonomic drag knob is easy to operate for precision drag pressure.
