Gorge Fly Shop of Hood River, Oregon is seeking to fill a full time position of Administrative Associate.
Description
Gorge Fly Shop is seeking for a full-time office Assistant Administrative Associate that would be responsible for providing
administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient office operations. This is a
shared position. The office is the heart of the business and requires someone who is flexible
and efficient with their time, very organized, and detail orientated all while providing excellent
customer service. This position does not require fly fishing knowledge.
Qualifications
- Processing orders efficiently and accurately
- Providing customer support on phone and via email
- Managing backorders and customer orders
- Processing customer returns and refunds
- Ordering from vendors and managing store inventory
- Processing shipping labels and calculating shipping expenses
- Taking orders over the phone from customers and processing these orders through our e-commerce systems
- Packaging orders, ensuring accuracy and well packaged merchandise
- Organizing and maintaining a clean working environment
