Lamson Litespeed M Series - New Saltwater Litespeed
LSM - The marine version of Litespeed is equipped with a hybrid drag system, sharing some elements of the Cobalt drag - fixed spindle, large heat-wicking conical surfaces, click stop drag knob.
The LSM incorporates close tolerance composite bearings, and comes equipped with the same linear spring set found on LSF, optimized for each reel size.

Lamson Litespeed Micra 5 Fly Reel Sale
Good time to pick up a New Lamson Litespeed Micra 5 Reel. Litespeed is one of the lightest, large arbor reels you can find. The Micra 5 edition has some great advances including machined integrated drag cassette which both lightened up and reduce overall width of the reel. Micra 5 was named such as the 5th generation litespeed and it featured a Micralox hard anodize coating.
Why is this reel going away after just 2 years of production? The story is the New Lamson Litespeed G5 is actually the exact same reel with the exception of the Micralox coating. The G5 returns to the Hard Alox coating found on some of the other models of WaterWorks Lamson reels.
If you already have a Micra 5 note that new G5 spools will perfectly interchange. A favorite feature of this 5th generation Litespeed is: notice the machined triangle slot on the frame near the reel foot. This makes a perfect place to hook your fly. There's one on each side so no matter if you left or right hand retrieve you always have a quick, effective fly hooker.
