Galvan Fly Reels is well known for the Torque Series fly reels. Rush Lt and Brookie are also quite popular. Galvan introduced a saltwater reel a couple years ago that isn't quite as well known. It's called Grip. I'm not sure if the name refers to the large drag knob or XLarge Crank Handle but it is for sure a sealed drag, saltwater specific fly reel.
Essentially, the drag system is very similar to the reliable Torque Series Fly Reels but with the addition of a sealed hub design. Grip features also include: Easy reverse left to right retrieve, Type II anodize, Minimal startup inertia, Max porting, Easy on/off spool, Large arbor design all machined from 6061 Grade T6 aluminum.
