I will be hosting a trip to Chile February 11 - 18th, 2013! We will be fishing with Cinco Rios Lodge and Estancia del Zorro. The trip consists of 7 nights and 6 days of guided fishing with the option of extending by two days on the front end by arriving Feb. 9th. The cost is $3975 per person which is based on sharing a room and guide. Spacious lodge accommodations, airport transfers, all meals and a great selection of Chilean wine are all included in the price of the trip.

Are you tired of crowded water and fish that have been heavily pressured? Do you need a new, diverse adventure… one that allows you to fish different water every day amid a breathtaking landscape? Would you like to step into summer during the depths of winter? Do you dream about fishing with the old growth locals who have access to fishing on vast estancias, that if you tried to access, you might be shot or chased by dogs?

If so, then this trip is for you! We will be fishing a different stream everyday and have an option to fish a lake where 30 inch trout are not uncommon. The location is the water around Coyhaique, Chile. The habitat ranges from the pampas on the border with Argentina, to the mountain valleys, to the waters closer to the coast. I fished much of this water during a visit in December 2006. The hospitality and the fishing blew me away and the food is outstanding. If you are interested in horseback riding or viewing condors, that can be arranged as well.
